This course was extremely well done. The Sommelier teacher was very competent and passionate about her job. Her knowledge was broad and I could take the opportunity to ask and go in-dept in many subjects of interest. We could practice extensively wine tasting, wine presentation and also some wine-food pairing, very interesting. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
