We don't really realise all it takes to be a great leader, never mind how different it is to be one on a yacht. After this course I feel confident in the different ways of how to solve problems, how to create a strong built team and maintain it. I am also aware of my own weaknesses now and how to improve in terms of being in a higher position. Stunning notes, tips and examples too!
